Project Management Courses

Every project participant can take advantage of these courses. Not only the project manager, every team member is more efficient if they understand the impact of their work on the final results. Shared knowledge helps communication and synergy to strive, particularly if project participants have different cultural backgrounds.

Available tools to ensure reaching our goals are simple and accessible to the average person: goals, plans, reports, etc. What matters is to know them and be able to apply them well. Our courses teach down to earth practical uses of the tools to make you immediately benefit from it. Courses are Available in English and Spanish.

Ideally you could take the course for the whole team just before beginning a project as a team building exercise, however each of these courses are a great tool at all times.

Courses are divided in modules of one hour and a half to better fit time availability. The standard courses last between 4 and 8 modules.

Methodology

Before all courses, attendees and the hiring department are requested information on the previous experience in projects, their success stories and the areas they would like to improve. The goal is to check the customer's needs and those of the individual persons that are to attend the training to provide customer satisfaction.
