  Full management of a project beginning to end. It can start as early as feasibility studies and end at the accomplishment of the goals going through every step in the process. It can also start at any point and stop when planned in cases where the need is predefined for a period of time. It includes all areas of Project Management in full responsibility for the period of hiring. It is Management Outsourcing.

• Project Consulting:
  
  At any time a Project may need special support in a certain area: project documentation revision, goal negotiation, project team building, budget or plan preparation, communication plan, status control, change control, project closure, project evaluation, or anything in between. One of our project consultants can help in the specific area giving the required support to allow the project to continue.

• Project Diagnosis:
  
  When a project is somewhat not in the expected pace a diagnosis is a must. Finding out as soon as possible the reason for a delay, an over expenditure or any other unexpected outcome can save a lot of time and money to the project team. The diagnosis is completed with a recommendation on what the next steps should be.

• Fire Fighting:
  
  Unfortunately sometimes the fire is already on when a decision is made to take action in a Project. This is a time for quick and experienced action. The right move can put you right on track or kick you out of track for good. Fire fighting means to solve the immediate and urgent problems but also to take action and ensure this kind of emergency will not reappear in you project. It comes with a report and a recommendation on what the next steps should be.

• Supplier Selection:
  
  Through a method that involves understanding our customer's selection criteria and priorities, interviews with suppliers and benchmarking with other companies we recommend suppliers. Depending on the request and on the availability of the required product or service in the market we may recommend one or more suppliers.

• Meeting Facilitation:
  
  This may include meeting preparation, facility location, agenda, actual facilitation and meeting minutes. This service is particularly useful when meetings are hard for any given reason: personality problems in the group, lack of commitment, meetings with attendees through phone lines or video conference, excruciating lack of time availability, etc.
